Hope you're not tired of posts about editing . . .

Because I am nowhere near the end. In fact, for you're viewing enjoyment, I've even added a handy tally on the side bar. :)

Anyway, remember this post, where I mentioned the importance of a great ending?

Yeah . . . looks like it's back to the drawing board.

Kidding aside, I actually feel that this is a classic example of why I like editing. Yes, you heard me correctly. I like editing. I find it an exhilarating challenge to bring my chisel up to the rough shape of my story and perfect those lines.

So, yes, I need to rework my entire ending. But I'm excited for that challenge. It's going to take work. It's going to take lots of thought, but I'm determined to get this right. All I have to say is, bring it on.

I've redone an end recently. It's always fun when you can get it right. Good luck. I'm excited for you.

You make me laugh! I love the look on your face next to the tally. I too need to rework my ending of my first book. Good luck!

Natalie-I sure hope it's genius.

Kiersten-Yes, close. I need to remind myself of that.

Kasie-It is exciting, though at this moment a tad overwhelming. I'm sure once I'm into it it will be better.

Sara-High fives for a fellow editing fan!

Terri-It's only a matter of time. You're pretty close, aren't you?

Candice-I frequently roll my eyes at myself. :)

Michelle-he he, she's a good one. That's for sure.
